  • Congratulations to the NBECHS Solar Cup Team. Despite cold and rainy weather this weekend, the Bridges's ship captained by Alexa Gutierrez came in first in the endurance race (total of two 90 min races) beating all 41 competitors. In the sprint races the ship captained by Valkyrie Larsen came in 2nd in the region. Commendations also to Berlyn Lopez who skippered the qualifier, Luke Thompson who served as Engineer and all the rest of the Solar cup team, Dayan, Cory, Nadia, Maureen, Alejandro, Dylan, Waffle, and the rest. This is a big accomplishment so thank you to Joshua Campbell and Allan Cornett for coaching these kids and giving up literally hundreds of hours this year to design and engineer the boat.  Great work all around Knights!!!

Welcome

Welcome to NBECHS!

Located behind Lake Perris in Nuevo, NBECHS is proud to be a free, public, early college, charter high school in the Nuview Union School District serving 9th-12th grade students.  During their four years at our school, students who qualify have the opportunity to earn 24 to 60+ transferable college units, while earning their high school diplomas. Upon graduation, the majority of Bridge students pursue their post high school education by either continuing at MVC to complete their college transfer requirements or by going directly into a four-year university, bringing their community college units with them and placing themselves well into their freshman and sophomore years at the college level.  Although some fees do apply, there are no college tuition costs to students or their families while attending NBECHS as a high school student.
