Due to the state budget cuts the District has been forced to try everything possible to cut costs in order to save the transportation department. We have had to cut back service by increasing the walking distances to our schools. We are very concerned about safety and hope that as parents and community members everyone will please look out for our students during these tough times. The new board approved walking distances are as follows.
Elementary ( K-6) 1 1/2 miles
Middle School (7,8) 2 miles

The Nuview Union School District Transportation Department travels approximately 74,625 miles annually transporting 680 students daily over a 43 square mile service area of the district.
The Nuview Union School District Transportation Department also provides complete transportation services for Nuview Bridge Early College High School to and from Moreno Valley College and extracurricular trips.
The Transportation Department is committed to customer service and have an atmosphere of cooperation with school sites, students and the community.
